- Assist your student with gift ideas before they leave.
- See your student off at the airport.
- Promote club correspondence with the outbound student while they are on exchange.
- Meet your student at the airport when they return.
- Bring the rebound students to Rotary meetings and encourage them to share stories of their experiences.
- Assist your rebound student with their club presentation to help make it more relaxing, informative, and enjoyable for everyone. They should provide the club with an overview of their year.
- Follow up on rebounds for potential problems – communicate any to the District Youth Exchange Committee or their District Country Officer.
- Monitor for Reverse Culture Shock when they return home from exchange.
