Intent to Participate in Youth Exchange Form
This form must be completed each year your club intends to participate in the District Youth Exchange Program. Once signed and received, the club is committed to receiving a student if you are sending one. There are clubs that only receive students in cases where they have not been able to find a suitable candidate and are willing to take in an Inbound student anyway..
