Rotary International Youth Exchange
Here we provide an overview of the RI Youth Exchange process and resources. Each District builds off of this information to create programs specific to their region.

It’s Your World Travel
Our travel agent. They will handle all your travel and visa requirements.
When instructed, the student will need to set up their profile in the portal. Instructions are also provided here in these links.
CISI Insurance
For students who purchase CISI Travel and Medical insurance, here are the links to those services. Additionally, here are the links for students to use in the case of an emergency and to make a claim.
Youth Protection and Abuse Reporting
In our world, it is important for students to be aware of how grooming and abuse happen. Rotary takes youth protection VERY seriously. Here are some links to our statement and commitment for working with youth, along with tips we review with students on how to prevent being a victim as well as a link to reporting abuse.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and LGBTQIA+
Rotary International has a policy on DEI, which has a link here for you to review.
Here are some Study Abroad Links for LGBTQIA+ Students – Some of the information in these resources is geared toward a university student. Please refer to them as a resource to help you, but know that they are not part of Rotary training information.
District Crisis Management Plan
The District is required by Rotary International to have a detailed plan for handling minor to major crises and emergency situations.

Department of State
